Contemporary urban minimalism | Interior

The hotel restaurant was designed as a calm, tactile space where modern urban minimalism meets warmth and privacy. The interior is built on the contrast of natural wood, concrete and brass accents — emphasizing the status of the space without excessive decoration.

Abundant greenery, soft diffused lighting and a well-balanced furniture layout create a cozy atmosphere suitable for intimate meetings as well as active restaurant life. Special attention was paid to materials and lighting: natural reflections, soft shadows and realistic surface behavior.

The visualization focuses on photorealism: accurate textures, realistic materials and a natural lighting model that makes the renders feel like real photos. This is the second version of the project. Rendered in 3ds Max + Corona Renderer with high material detail and realistic lighting setup.
