Constructivism | Loft | Industrial architecture
The Nokian Tyres factory project represents a large-scale industrial facility
combining functionality, fast construction logic and a recognizable architectural identity.
The core concept is based on constructivist principles with restrained loft aesthetics in details.
The exterior design follows a rational approach:
sandwich panels, steel structures and large facade planes ensure quick assembly
and economic efficiency. At the same time, branded elements and facade composition
create a clean, contemporary image of the enterprise.
Office interiors are designed in loft style using brick, glass and metal.
The visualisation covers both the overall industrial scale of the site
and detailed administrative and office spaces.
