Modern | Urban Minimalism | Exterior
The Smart City project in Bucharest is a large-scale urban complex designed as an integrated environment
for contemporary living, work and social interaction. The architecture is based on clean, simple volumes
and a dynamic facade rhythm, where colour and form act as tools for navigation and visual identification of zones.
Facade solutions combine polymer panels, glass and metal elements with concrete structures, creating a modern,
technology-driven character. Large window openings with accent frames reduce the perceived mass of the volumes
and add a distinctive architectural identity.
The visualisation was produced on a tight timeline, focusing on a photorealistic exterior presentation:
accurate daylight lighting, realistic materials, urban surroundings and correct scale help to evaluate the project
in the real city context.
