The reconstruction project for the “Gloria” business center focuses on renewing the facade and creating a modern, recognisable identity within the urban environment. The architecture is stripped of visual noise and built around clean forms, clear geometry and a restrained material palette.

Concrete planes, polymer elements and accent details work together with architectural lighting, forming a dynamic yet minimal facade. Evening lighting scenarios emphasise the building’s structure and add a contemporary character.

The visualisation aims for a realistic perception of the renovation — including correct scale, surroundings and material behaviour — allowing the final result to be evaluated before implementation.
