The Marasesti 2A residential complex is designed as a contemporary mixed-use building
with a focus on everyday comfort and a strong, recognisable architectural identity.
Smooth lines, multi-level terraces and rhythmic vertical elements create a dynamic yet balanced silhouette.
The facade combines HPL panels, PVC elements, glass and wood — bringing together a high-tech look
with the warmth of residential architecture. Greenery integrated into balconies and terraces
connects the building to the urban landscape and reinforces the idea of modern, eco-conscious living.
The visualisation captures a real-life scenario of the complex: evening lighting, an active ground floor,
traffic and pedestrian zones. Particular attention is paid to facade details, materials and scale
to fully present the architectural concept.
